Principles

How we work.

Three principles. Not posters in the hallway — this is how we actually work.

01

Operators, not consultants

We run our own shops with our own money. That means: when we recommend a strategy to you, we've usually already tested it ourselves — with real risk, real budget, real learnings. You're not working in a theory bubble here; you learn marketing from the operator perspective.

02

SWAT, not silo

SEA managers at our agency don't write reports into the void. They sit at the same table as CRO, tracking, and creative, break down problems together, and deliver results that a silo setup would never produce. You remain a specialist in your field — but you think and work holistically on the project.

03

Ownership from day 1

No trial-period intern role. You get accounts, responsibility, and the trust to make decisions. Including the possibility of getting it wrong sometimes. We believe: you only learn responsibility by taking responsibility.

USP · Operator advantage

Our best training ground?
Our own shops.

Most agencies work exclusively on clients' accounts. So do we — but on top of that, we run our own e-com brands. That changes everything:

  • You test new strategies with us first. What works goes into the client workflow.
  • You understand marketing from the entrepreneur's perspective. P&L, margins, cashflow, inventory — not just ROAS.
  • You build cases nobody else has. Because you're not just delivering reports — you're building operationally.
Own brands
Skin in the game.
Real budget. Real risk. Real cases.
Globalist OS

We're building our own OS.

In 2026, one question separates the good agencies from the outdated ones: how deeply is AI integrated into your workflow? For us, very deeply. We're developing Globalist OS — our own operating system for client performance.

What this means for you:

  • You work with tools we build ourselves, not with standard suite XY.
  • You can help shape workflows, rather than just using them.
  • You're part of a team that isn't playing catch-up — it's defining what e-com marketing looks like in 2027.
If you're excited by cutting edge, you're in the right place. If you love "that's how we've always done it," probably not.

0711 · Swabian excellence

From Stuttgart.
By choice.

Swabian thoroughness meets e-com pace. Result: an agency that delivers what it promises. Without fanfare, but with measurable output.

We're not a remote-first agency. We're in the office 4 days a week in the heart of Stuttgart — because we believe the best ideas don't emerge in Slack threads, but in whiteboard sessions, at the coffee machine, and over lunch together. One day working from home per week — for focused work, or because life sometimes gets in the way.

We're proud to be here.

In practice that means:

  • 4 days in office, 1 day remote
  • Modern office with Stuttgart skyline view
  • Free DB Deutschland-Ticket — come from Heilbronn, Ulm, Karlsruhe or Tübingen, we're happy to see you
  • Office dogs are welcome

Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship at Globalist — real marketing skills from day 1.

There's no intern mode here. From the first day, you learn what really counts: how to set up campaigns, read data, build funnels, create compelling ads, and speak with clients as an equal. We're an IHK-certified training company — and we treat you like a junior marketer, not a by-the-book apprentice.

What you'll be able to do after 12 months:

  • Set up and manage your own campaigns in Meta Ads or Google Ads
  • Understand and debug tracking setups
  • Run calls with clients
  • Use AI tools in daily work like an experienced marketer

What we don't expect from you:

Prior experience in marketing. We're looking for drive, smarts, and a reasonable commute to Stuttgart. We'll teach you the rest.

Application process

How the application works.
No black box.

Three steps, transparent. From the first call to the offer in under 3 weeks.

1
30 min · call

Getting to know Jonas

We align expectations, clarify the basics, and see whether cultural fit is there. Culture isn't an add-on for us — it's a prerequisite. That's why it comes first.

2
60–90 min · specialist interview

With the team lead

This is where it gets concrete: you meet the person who leads your team. Included is a trial task or a live audit on a real account — so both sides can see what working together would actually look like.

3
By phone · often right away

Offer

For most roles, the offer comes by phone right after the interview. For senior positions, there's a follow-up with management first — because for key roles we want to be sure it's right on both sides.

How fast? Goal: from the first call to the offer in under 3 weeks.

FAQ

Before you ask.

The questions we get asked most often.

Who are we looking for?
People with drive who are excited about e-commerce and want to be in Stuttgart. From apprentices without prior experience to seniors with 5+ years of agency background. More important than the CV: ownership mentality, hunger to learn, and the will to shape things.
What does your professional development offering look like?
Varied. You get personal mentoring from a team lead, access to our internal knowledge hub, regular in-house training, and budget for external conferences, courses, and certifications. If something moves you forward, we'll find a way.
Do you work remotely or in the office?
4 days in the office, 1 day remote. We believe in working together in person — and that the best ideas come up in the room, not in Slack. Our office is in the heart of Stuttgart.
How long does it take to hear back?
First feedback within 5 business days. From the first conversation to the offer rarely takes us longer than 3 weeks.
Can I apply speculatively?
Yes, absolutely. We love people who don't wait for job postings. Just write directly to jonas@globalists.de — a few lines about what you're looking for and where you come from is enough for us to get on a first call.
How do I apply?
Two ways: (1) The classic route via the application portal for a specific role. (2) Speculatively by email to jonas@globalists.de, if you'd first like to have a no-commitment conversation.
