About the company

Schubert is a German company that specializes in the manufacture of sophisticated packaging machines. Founded in 1966, the family-owned company is one of the leading suppliers of modular packaging solutions. Schubert is known for its innovative technologies, including robot-based packaging systems, which are used in various industries such as food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. The company is characterized by its flexible, tailor-made production and its focus on sustainability. Headquartered in Crailsheim, Germany, Schubert operates worldwide and has subsidiaries in several countries.

Challenge

Our challenge was to develop an effective recruiting campaign for Schubert in order to generate qualified applications for specialized professionals and at the same time increase efficiency in the application process through customized interface programming.

Objective

The aim of the collaboration is to generate qualified applications for the internationally active family business with around 1,600 employees. The company needed specialized professionals in various areas in order to achieve its growth targets and support its international expansion.

Solution

Our solution is to develop targeted and effective recruiting campaigns via Meta Ads and thereby generate qualified leads. We also implemented an individual interface programming for the process after lead generation.
These are automatically uploaded to Schubert's HR CRM, including application documents.

This enables us to optimize the candidate journey for applicants and reduce the processing time for the HR department.

1. meta recruiting campaign:

Creation of targeted ads on Meta to reach potential applicants.
Use of targeting options to reach specific demographic groups and job profiles.
Transition to employer branding: development and implementation of an employer branding strategy to position the company as an attractive employer.

2nd process after lead generation in CRM at Schubert:

Development of customized interfaces to seamlessly integrate the leads obtained, including file attachments, into Schubert's application management system
Central storage of all applicant data and documents for easy administration and tracking.

3. optimized candidate journey:

Design of a user-friendly and appealing applicant journey.
Applicants do not have to upload their documents to Schubert a second time after lead registration

Results

Within the first 2 weeks, 25 qualified applications were already generated.
The individually programmed interfaces in the CRM system led to improved efficiency by significantly reducing the processing time per application.

The measures to strengthen employer branding led to greater visibility of the company as an attractive employer in the industry.
