The Mandate

Hotel Kaiserhof in Ravensburg is a stylish city hotel, distinguished by its combination of classicist elegance and modern boutique style, which is evident both in the architecture and the interior. It offers 50 individually designed rooms and suites and is centrally located in the historic old town.

Hotel Kaiserhof wanted to specifically market its event location for wedding celebrations. However, the hotel's existing website and landing page were not optimally configured for performance marketing campaigns. In particular, there was a lack of proper tracking implementation, which made it difficult to measure and optimise the effectiveness of advertising measures. Furthermore, no budget was available for an extensive website overhaul, which limited the options for direct lead generation.

The primary goal was to generate high-quality leads within the shortest possible time — leads with a concrete interest in booking the event location for wedding celebrations. Given the budget constraints, a cost-efficient yet effective solution had to be found. The challenge was to develop an effective lead generation strategy despite the technical limitations.

As an incentive, we offered a downloadable brochure with inspiring wedding ideas and detailed information about the venue.

Targeted advertising campaign: We launched a focused performance marketing campaign specifically aimed at couples in the wedding planning phase. Data collection and analysis: The simple and direct approach made it possible to reach potential customers without complex tracking and extensive website revisions.

The Return

Within just two weeks, we were able to generate close to 50 highly qualified leads.

The quality of the leads was outstanding, which was reflected in a high number of concrete enquiries and bookings.

The hotel operators were delighted with the results and are now planning to extend this approach to further areas such as conferences and corporate events.

The successful concept is now to be transferred to several locations of the hotel company.
